3. Does my credit have to be perfect to borrow money on my home ? No. We make loans for customers with A+ credit to being in bankruptcy.
4. Can you pay someone out of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy? Yes. It depends on the equity in your home. Your home cannot be included in the Chapter 13. It must be paid outside the plan to qualify.
5. If my bankruptcy has been discharged recently, or in the past, can I still borrow money on my home? Yes. It depends on many factors, but, in most cases, you can still borrow up to 80 % of the value of your home.
